HVAC Service Manager - HVAC Manufacturing Company - Base Salary to 140k/year - Atlanta, GA
- Our client, a stable, fast-growing HVAC manufacturing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Service Manager to bring on new clients and support them with technical troubleshooting as well as provide training materials.
- In this role, the HVAC Service Manager help to bring on new clients, visit client sites, and provide technical support for their customers. They will eventually bring on new members to the team and oversee them. The HVAC Service Manager will also serve as a senior company representative and working directly with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Participates with Business Development team to develop strategies and plans for growth and success of service business.
- Responds to customer inquiries and requests for HVAC service opportunities. Responds to customer requests for technical assistance.
- Provides cost estimates and proposals for service projects.
- Responsible for commercial arrangements with clients – Coordinates with personnel to provide necessary documentation.
Qualifications: for this role include at least 5+ years of HVAC manufacturing experience. Candidate should have a strong in-depth understanding of HVAC systems, and the ability to read and interpret manuals. Must have excellent leadership, customer service and general sales skills.
Compensation for this position includes a base salary in the 130k - 140k/year range with a end of year bonus. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for here.
