HVAC Sales Specialist – HVAC - Base Salary to 79k/year - Westchester, NY
- Founded over 80 years ago, our client provides HVAC solutions for residential customers all throughout Westchester County, NY. This company is considered a premier one-stop shop for all in-home comfort needs (including electrical, air quality, home safety assessments, plumbing, geothermal solutions, water and fire remediation, etc.)
- They are looking to hire an HVAC Sales Specialist in the Westchester area who will focus on taking company leads from multiple sources and cultivating them into appointments for in-home assessments for upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Call on existing/past customers to schedule in-home assessments of existing HVAC equipment, air quality, plumbing, electrical, etc. in the Westchester County area.
- Create a report for the customer and educate/make recommendations on any replacements/upgrades, etc.
- Follow-up with customers on scheduling any repair/upgrades needed
- Create and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- At all times be the point of contact and concierge for services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends/new developments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the HVAC space
- Strong communication and negotiation skills (must be sales-minded)
- Must have strong understanding of technical HVAC systems and products
- Easily commutable into the Westchester County area
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 70k – 79k/year range plus incentives
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k (match), Disability, Ancillary benefits, plus mileage reimbursement
