HVAC Project Manager - Commercial Mechanical Construction - Base Salary to 130k/year - Phoenix, AZ

• Our client, a growing commercial mechanical services and construction organization, is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This position is based in Phoenix and requires regular in-office presence.
• This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project management professional to oversee commercial HVAC construction projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships. The organization has established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical solutions and exceptional customer service throughout the market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial HVAC construction projects from initiation through completion
  
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and project execution activities
  
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and project stakeholders
  
• Oversee large-scale HVAC projects and ensure successful project delivery
  
• Communicate project updates with clients, internal teams, and project partners
  
• Support overall project performance, quality standards, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing HVAC projects
  
• Experience overseeing commercial HVAC construction projects
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 100k - 130k/year range
