HVAC Project Manager - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 200k/year - Gaithersburg, MD

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an HVAC Project Manager, to manage project goals and timelines. Our client has been in business for over 30 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. The HVAC Project Manager can anticipate working with retrofit projects ranging from $5K to $1MM.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for reviewing plans, developing the project plans and timeline, and coordinating the project to ensure it is on time and budget. This role will require some travel (locally, Baltimore) to customer sites, but will largely work out of the office in Gaithersburg, MD.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess 7+ years of HVAC project management experience, with experience working with special projects. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 200k/year with an additional bonus structure. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
