HVAC Estimator - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 100k/year - Thornton, CO

• Our client is a leading mechanical servicing company in the Denver market. They are well established with over 50 years of industry experience, and take pride on putting their employees at the forefront of everything they do.
• They are seeking an HVAC Estimator to lead all estimates up to $1M for multiple projects. The HVAC Estimator will solicit, evaluate, and prepare bid proposals to GC’ s and owners. Projects including institutional, laboratory, pharmaceutical, brewery, healthcare, and industrial.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple, simultaneous projects
• Compile summary of materials, equipment, and labor
• Solicit, evaluate, and prepare bid proposals
• Read and understand drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Understand project schedules and field conditions

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Estimator experience in Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Piping
• Quickpen/Autobid software experience is preferred
• Bluebeam experience preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 100k/year range
