Technical Services Engineer - HVAC Manufacturer - Base Salary to 70k/year - Orange, CA

• Our client, a leading consumer electronics and HVAC company, is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to resolve technical issues for customers onsite or over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and manage tickets
  
• Travel to customer and distributor sites for training, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  
• Review and process claims, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain parts inventory.
  
• Serve as a product expert and develop troubleshooting guides.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree or equivalent experience.
  
• 4+ years in consumer electronics or HVAC troubleshooting.
  
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with multiple priorities.
  
• Local and available for on-site support.

Compensation:

• Base salary to 70k/year
