Outside Sales Representative - Residential Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 150k/year - Ludlow VT
  • Our client, a strong residential mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an Outside Sales Representative, to be based out of the Ludlow, VT area. Our client has a stellar reputation in the Ludlow area and has been providing HVAC solutions to home owners for more than 35 years. The company strives to put the customer first and work from a strong standpoint of integrity and teamwork; they feel this is why they have such a great reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities:
  • In this role, the Outside Sales Representative will work with home owners and some builders and building owners to provide estimates for residential and light commercial maintenance, repair, and installations. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for understanding HVAC systems and design, generating cost estimates, and proposals. They will put together estimates and make recommendations to home owners.

Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate for this role will have 1+ years of experience reviewing mechanical drawings and specifications, or have come from the field and have a strong mechanical understanding. Must have experience with HVAC/Plumbing systems and/or temperature controls. The candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers, have strong math skills, and be capable of providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Compensation:
  • Includes a base salary in the 100k - 150k/year range (flexible dependent on experience), as well as commission/bonus opportunity. Our client also provides a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, 401k, generous paid time off and more.
