HVAC General Manager - HVAC and Energy Management - Base Salary to 215k/year - Buford, GA
Job Description
- Our client is a well-known HVAC and Energy Management Company based out of Buford, GA that immediately needs an HVACGeneral Manager to oversee the Buford, GA, Office. They have been around for 30 years, are continuously growing and have an excellent reputation in the Commercial space.
- The HVAC General Manager serves as the primary leader responsible for the overall performance, growth, and financial success of the operating unit. This includes overseeing sales, revenue, and profitability while ensuring alignment through financial analysis and reporting. The HVAC General Manager will provide leadership across HVAC Service, Projects, and Controls, managing sales efforts and supporting the Sales Manager in meeting team goals. Additionally, the HVAC General Manager plays a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and developing employees to build a strong and skilled workforce. They collaborate with department leaders to track key metrics, coordinate between Operations and Sales to enhance client satisfaction, and work closely with the Safety Manager to enforce compliance and improve safety practices. With a focus on strategic planning, budgeting, and daily leadership, the HVAC General Manager will ensure the team meets performance objectives while fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- In this position, the HVAC General Manager should have a background with at least 10+ Years of HVAC/Mechanical Service experience and have 10+ years of experience managing over 30 million in P&L. Additionally, this candidate should have prior experience overseeing teams of 20 plus employees.
- Our client is offering a base salary to 215k/year, with a large yearly bonus based on company performance. Additionally, the client offers a car allowance, 401k, health care, PTO, and much more. Furthermore, the client is open to offering relocation assistance.
