General Manager - Manufacturing – Base Salary to 100k/year – Haines City, FL
- Our client is seeking a General Manager to be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of daily operations, including personnel development, performance enhancement across various departments, and alignment with company priorities.
- The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator who has a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across departments. Ultimately, the General Manager should be driven by a desire to lead the business to maximum productivity and efficiency.
- In this role, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in improving profitability, efficiency, and quality while representing the company to customers and ensuring compliance with management systems and audits.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee the daily business operations and assign weekly, monthly goals and ensure their completion.
- Develop and advance the performance of Customer Service, Manufacturing, Quality, and Purchasing, while also managing the performance of each respective team.
- Oversee the functions related to Finance & Controlling, Human Resources, Facilities, and IT, ensuring their alignment with company organizational structure and guidelines.
- Improve profitability, efficiency, quality, and timely delivery while optimizing inventory levels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and potential clients, particularly in the process of securing new manufacturing projects in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all involved.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in strategic planning, executing business strategies, and showcases strong analytical and financial analysis abilities.
- Proven success in a managerial role
- Communication collaboration and delegation skills
- Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable.
- Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or related fields
- Experience in conducting performance reviews.
- Working knowledge of human resources processes
Compensation:
- Base salary to 100k/year
