General Manager – Residential Mechanical Service – Base Salary to 130k/year – Plymouth, MA

  • Our client, a stable, fast-growing residential mechanical servicing company handling service, installation, and preventative maintenance, has an immediate need for a General Manager to oversee operations of the Plymouth, MA branch.  They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for a technically strong, visionary leader to help build out the South Shore, taking them to new heights. The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they are looking for someone who operates from a “customer and employee first” mentality in order to lead as a way of life for the business. 
  • In this position, the General Manager should have a strong operations background and will be largely responsible for growing the business organically through sales, marketing, and expanding divisions.  The General Manager will help with sales, answer technical questions, and handle the administrative functions of the branch, including P&L.  The General Manager will also be responsible for creating the vision for the office, helping to devise creative solutions to grow divisions, and building team unity.

Qualifications:  The ideal candidate for this position will possess at least 5+ years’ experience in HVAC with leadership skills (residential preferred).  The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role.  They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills.

Compensation:  Our client is offering a base salary up to 130k/year. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.  Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-centric business!

I went to Syracuse University and double majored in Marketing and Retail which led to my six years as a Buyer for corporate retailers. My buying background has been a great foundation for successfully recruiting for supply chain/purchasing roles for our clients!
