Fire Sprinkler Inspector – Fire Protection – Base Salary to 90k/year – Flint, MI
- Our client, a well-established Fire Protection Services company, is currently seeking a Fire Sprinkler Inspector for their Flint, MI location. Our client is a family-owned company that offers exceptional customer service and cares for their employees.
Responsibilities:
- Use company vehicle to travel to local job sites (50-mile radius) to inspect installed fire sprinkler systems to determine if the system meets the requirements of the job and to ensure all equipment is functioning properly
- Document all findings in Inspection Reports
- Prepare Quotes, schedule inspections
- Keep a list and call on prospective customers regarding inspection and service contracts
- Some related service, or time & material work may also be performed
- Core hours are 7am-4pm; Mon-Fri with some variability for job site needs
Qualifications:
- 2+ years prior fire sprinkler inspection experience with NICET certification; 3+ years’ experience required if no certification
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service focus and care for the “life safety” industry
Compensation:
- Base salary ranging from 50k - 90k/year depending on candidate experience
