Job Description
Facility Manager - Metal Recycling - Base Salary to 125k/year - Evansville, IN
- Our client, a Metal Recycling Facility, is seeking a Facility Manager to manage daily production goals, oversee inventory & maintain equipment.
- In this role, the Facility Manager will work closely with leadership develop processing plans & goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Capital & Operational Budgets
- Ensure Effective Flow of Material in Yard
- Direct & Guide Yard Laborers
- Provide Reporting to Leadership Team
- Troubleshooting equipment & Scheduling Repairs and Preventative Maintenance
- Responsible for Interviewing, Hiring & Training Staff
Qualifications:
- 3+ Years of Experience in Metal Recycling Industry is required
- 3+ Years of Supervisory or Management Experience
- Background in inventory controls
- Ability to develop & analyze production reports and present to leadership
Compensation:
- This role includes a base salary up to 125k/year, PLUS bonus. Our client also offers relocation coverage if relocation is necessary.
