Facilities Manager - Fitness Organization - Base Salary to 80/year - Haverhill, MA
Job Description
- Our client is a Health and Fitness facility that is located in the Haverhill, MA area looking to bring on a new Facilities Manager due to internal promotion. The Facilities Manager will operate a staff of three, and will be a hands on Facilities Manager as needed with the crew. The ideal candidate will possess long term facilities experience, and how to handles problems swiftly.
- Responsible for the overall upkeep and appearance of the club.
- Work closely with club directors and managers by collaborating on repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage all emergency and planned repairs. Such repairs include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, glass and carpentry.
- On a quarterly basis (or as required), manage club refreshes and planned/not planned capital projects.
- Act as club’s point person for all facilities related issues, requests and emergencies.
- Will be evaluated on the following: on-site observation by owners, member feedback, and Key Performance Indicators
- Knowledge of and experience managing complex HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
- Ability to read drawings
- Experience managing small to medium sized multi trade projects pressure
- Base salary in the 70k - 80k/year range
