Epicor Business Systems Analyst - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 100k/year - Painesville, OH

Job Description
- Our client, for over 125 years has supplied steel machined parts to America’s transportation infrastructure. They are looking to add an Epicor Business Systems Analyst with Epicor ERP System Administrator level experience with manufacturing or distribution background to their team! Working with 2 others in the IT department. Hybrid work environment is possible for the right candidate.
- The Epicor Analyst will provide technical support to all business applications, help select new applications where needed, expand the use of technology throughout the company, and assist with end-user support/training.
- Troubleshoot, support, and improve the use of Epicor ERP across all departments
- Develop reports, queries, and utilize data analysis tools to improve data availability
- Develop/implement IS strategies to reduce processing time and improve data
- Lead teams during software improvement projects while meeting deadlines and operating within budget.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with outside consultants related to software, customizations, and support contracts.
- Create or learn how to create custom reports and dashboards. Training available.
- 1+ years System administrator level Epicor ERP experience for manufacturing or distribution
- Experience with software as it relates to inventory, scheduling, manufacturing, purchasing, customer order, accounting, payroll, HR, MRP, capacity planning, shipping/receiving, CRM.
- Degree in information systems (IS), information technology (IT) preferred
- Basic experience with all Microsoft products, crystal reports, SSRS, database query tools, SQL, Power Bi, Epicor, SharePoint, & web hosting software. Further training will be available.
- Experience with ERP software, turning on new software features, improving processes with technology, driving change, and implementing new technology.
- Base salary in the 85k – 100k/year range (flexible dependent on experience)
