Director of Sales – Personal Lines – Base Salary to 150k/year – West Palm Beach, FL
- Our client has an immediate need for a Director of Sales at their West Palm Beach, FL office. They are established, growing, and offer a chance to build your own team and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales plans to achieve and drive revenue growth.
- Develop community relationships to grow the business.
- Oversee and direct the personal lines sales team of the agency.
- Recruit, train, and grow a personal lines sales team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in a Director or Agency Owner level role supporting personal line insurance sales.
- A valid Florida 2-20 insurance license.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a record of building successful teams.
- Experience selling personal lines insurance policies.
- BS Degree in business or related field. MBA is a HUGE plus.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 150k/year
- EBITA based bonus structure.
- Strong commission structure.
- Full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k.
