Director of IT - Plastics Manufacturing - Base Salary to 215k/year - Fort Worth, TX
Job Description
- Our client, a top American-made Manufacturer & Distributor is seeking a Director of IT to direct & strategically oversee development, implementation & maintenance of the company's infrastructure, ensuring it supports the operations securely & efficiently.
- In this role, the Director of IT will bring a forward-thinking approach to support new technologies to keep the company competitive, efficient and adaptable.
- Develop & implement IT Strategies that align with the company's business goals with manufacturing processes
- Develop effective Help Desk processes to resolve issues quickly
- Manage IT Infrastructure including networks, servers, databases, ERP management and software applications
- Implement & Maintain Robust Cybersecurity Measures to ensure the security of the IT Systems
- Lead & Manage the IT Team, Providing Career Development & Training
- Collaborate with other departments regarding IT needs
- Allocate Resources as needed to handle peak times & urgent issues
- Make recommendations of new, innovative technologies to improve efficiency & productivity
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plans
- Support specific departments needs as necessary-Marketing, Sales, Retail Sales, Operations & HR
- Bachelor’s Degree- IT, Computer Science or related field
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 5+ Years of Experience in Senior IT role
- Ability to develop long-term IT plans
- Innovative & Forward Thinking
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines
- Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 215k/year plus a discretionary bonus. Company also offers 401k with a match & top health benefits.
