Director of Finance - Marketing Agency - Base Salary to 130k/year - Mechanicsburg, PA
- Our client, a marketing company, is seeking a Director of Finance to join their growing team! This role is responsible for developing and enhancing their financial team. Our client is known to have a fun and laid-back atmosphere!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare regular financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and guidelines.
- Monitor budget performance throughout the year, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare rolling forecasts to provide updated projections on financial performance.
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Handle all A/P, A/R functions including invoicing and a high-volume bill payment using Tipalti programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior financial management role, with a track record of driving financial performance and business growth.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary in the 110k – 130k/year range (flexible dependent on experience). Benefits including healthcare and 401k match are also offered.
