Director of Agency Sales – Insurtech Company – Base Salary to 140k/year – Atlanta, GA
- Our client, a Insurtech Company, has an immediate need for a Director of Agency Sales to work remotely. Our client is employee focused and invests in your future and growth. You will be provided with all necessary tools for success including a laptop, monitor, and headset.
- The Director of Agency Sales will be responsible for driving the growth and success of the agency. Your primary responsibility will be managing Sales Managers and being accountable for overall KPI’s metrics. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to grow the P&C agency engagement, revenue growth and generation, and market share. To be considered for this role, candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CT, FL, GA, IA, IL, MA, MI, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, or WA.
Qualifications:
- Experience with multi-carrier sales at an agency or brokerage
- 10+ years Insurance industry leadership experience with a remote workforce
- Comfort level with presenting in front of groups
- Ability to travel up to 15% domestically
Compensation: This position offers a base salary up to 140k/year and bonus potential. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
