- Our client, is an industry leader in refrigeration and ice making equipment, has an immediate need for a Delivery Supervisor to handle a territory out of the Chicago, IL area. Our client has been in business for over 90 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a Delivery Supervisor in Chicago, IL to help them take this division to new heights. This is an in-office position will report to their branch/headquarters in Chicago, IL. The Chicago team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality to fit into this culture. - The Delivery Supervisor is a skilled multi-tasker who can work well in a high-paced environment to ensure all customer requests are fulfilled as quickly and efficiently as possible. They will Manage a team of 12-15 Drivers/Installers and the day to day operations of the deliveries and installations.
Qualifications: 2+ years of Dispatch/Delivery experience preferably with some supervisory/team lead experience.
Compensation: Our client is offering a base salary up to 70k/year for this position. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more. Additionally, there are other perks tied to company culture that make it a plus to work for this family-owned business!
