Customer Service Representative - Insurance Carrier - Base Salary to 50k/year - Philadelphia, PA
  • Our client is a well established insurance provider with a large existing customer base that is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to the staff.  This is a direct hire into the agency.  Our client is looking for someone that wants to build strong relationships with their existing clients and help them continue to solve problems.  The individual needs to have an updated Property and Casualty License, preferred to have a Life Insurance license as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
  • Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience in insurance working with P&C and life products is a plus.
  • Financial Services experience required.
  • Working closely with existing team in identifying customers and working to close them
Compensation:
  • Base salary to 50k/year, plus commission and bonus potential (potential to earn 70k/year, total compensation). Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, Paid Holidays.
