Construction Supervisor - Construction - Base Salary to 85k/year - Las Vegas, NV

• What started as a small painting business has evolved into a leading provider of large-scale painting and reconstruction services nationwide. After years of success focusing on major repainting projects, the company expanded its expertise to include full reconstruction capabilities. Today, they deliver exterior renovation and painting solutions for a wide range of residential and commercial clients, including community associations, property managers, and building owners, across multiple U.S. Regions. 
• The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for completion of painting and construction projects in the Vegas Area. This includes administrative duties of projects, financial reporting, providing field oversight and assistance, reviewing and collaborating on estimates.

Responsibilities:

• Implement overall project plan for construction activities, delivering projects on time, and within budget.
  
• Assists in documenting project phases & creates summary reports
  
• Sources and negotiates contracts with subcontractors.
  
• Produces change orders and invoices.
  
• Creates project budgets and budget adjustments.
  
• Meets with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress.
  
• Records information such as personnel, production and operation data on specified forms and reports.
  
• Conducts and participates in safety meetings, conforming to OSHA standards or better.
  
• Works as a team with other Company employees and subcontractors.
• Performs duties above efficiently and effectively and in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years management experience in the construction industry with 10+ years direct management experience
  
• Please be prepared to describe in detail your past management exp including direct workers vs. Subcontractors, project dollar amounts etc.
  
• Large scale, multifamily projects a plus.
  
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Degree in construction management preferred
  
• Construction management experience in commercial and/or multi-family developments.
  
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
  
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 85k/year
