Construction Superintendent - Residential Construction - Base Salary to 75k/year - Greenville, SC
- Our client is a leading custom home builder, located in the upstate of South Carolina, dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized homes. They are committed to excellence in every project, ensuring their clients’ visions are brought to life with precision and care.
- The Construction Superintendent will manage the construction process for multiple simultaneous projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of a building construction project from initial planning to successful and timely completion.
- Meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
- Build and maintain successful owner relationships by seeking to understand owners’ point of view and needs.
- Monitor the project so the jobsite is being kept clean and organized and proper safety policies are administered.
- Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Maintaining and updating project schedules daily and communicating with subcontractors.
- Coordination of building inspections.
- Participate in pre and post construction review
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a superintendent/ assistant super in residential construction, specifically custom homes.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors.
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with clients, realtors, and other visitors.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 75k/year.
- Company vehicle.
