Construction Superintendent - Luxury Residential Builder - Base Salary to 120k/year - Stuart, FL

• Our client has been a premier builder for over 40 years in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, specializing in luxury custom homes and dedicated to crafting exceptional living spaces with unparalleled quality and attention to detail. They pride themselves on delivering custom homes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Currently, they are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of luxury custom homes. The ideal candidate will have experience building ground-up, high-end homes 5,000 sf and over, be a proactive leader with a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of high-end residential construction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of luxury home construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, tradespeople, and other construction staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction process. Communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure client expectations are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including coordinating deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor work. Adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
• Monitor and manage project budgets. Ensure that all work is completed within financial constraints.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and effectively. Provide solutions to unexpected challenges.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports. Ensure proper record-keeping for all aspects of the project.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a strong background in luxury custom home construction.
• Proficiency using Procore and/or other construction management software is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of high-end residential construction practices, materials, and techniques.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Projects that included Piled foundations, a plus
• Local references, a big plus

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 105k – 120k/year range
