Construction Superintendent - Custom Home Building - Base Salary to 115k/year - Atlanta, GA

- The Construction Superintendent’s responsibility is to produce the highest quality home possible on schedule, within the budget, specifications, and at a forecasted profit through superior management of quality control, safety, scheduling, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize sub-contractors and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and addressing inferior materials and workmanship.
- Attend and prepare for weekly production meetings, maintaining accurate project documentation.
- Manage and update construction schedules and checklists, including daily updates in Buildertrend.
- Schedule and oversee inspections, maintaining professional interactions with inspectors.
- Maintain and update as-built plans, coordinating with mechanical trades for weekly updates.
- Take progress and documentation photos of projects, ensuring proper storage and sharing.
- Review and clarify construction plans, submit redlines, and create RFIs as needed.
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations through regular safety meetings and monitoring.
- Anticipate project needs, manage critical path items, and conduct bi-monthly meetings with subcontractors to discuss safety, cleanliness, quality, and schedule.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in home building
- Working knowledge of the trades
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Procore certification
- Proficient in Procore and scheduling
- Experience with high-end luxury homes
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 100k – 115k/year range
- Bonus program

It seems like I have always been selling but, I started recruiting while I was in the U.S. Navy and always enjoyed it. That developed into sales roles and other recruiting positions over time.
What do you do for fun/spend your free time?
In my free time I enjoy going to baseball games, dirt track races and NASCAR Races with my family.
