Construction Superintendent – Construction GC – Base Salary to 110k/year + Bonus – Centennial, CO
- Founded in 2004, our client is a construction GC that specializes in Commercial New Construction and Tenant Improvement projects. They have established themselves as a leader in the construction industry across the country with services ranging from preconstruction, architectural and engineering, ground up construction and tenant finish, and post construction! They specialize in retail/multi-tenant, restaurants, convenience/fuel, and healthcare.
- The Construction Superintendent will be an integral part of this team. The primary responsibilities of the Site Superintendent are Safety, Schedule, and Quality of work. The Construction Superintendent will work cohesively with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to deliver on the promise of exemplary project performance on behalf of our clients and fellow stakeholders i.e. Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers. Construction Superintendents will be building project schedule meeting daily to collaborate with architects, clients and the entire team through all phases of the project, procuring materials, photograph project progress, attend/coordinate punch list walkthroughs, attend/run weekly update meetings, coordinating inspections, work with Project Managers to handle RFI’s and Change Orders etc.
Qualifications:
- A Minimum level of 3+ years experience as a commercial Site Superintendent is required
- Experienced specifically with multiple forms of construction projects ranging from ground-up builds (especially restaurants), tenant improvement/renovations, to full sitework core & shell projects is required for this position
- Experienced with commercial construction projects ranging from retail space, restaurants, medical office buildings, office fit-outs, and high-end renovations
- Experience in the field reviewing schedules, budgets, contracts, and other documents with field personnel, clients/owners, and architects
- Experience building your own schedules is highly preferred for this role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and other construction CRM software)
- Excellent time management skills

Compensation:
- Base salary in the 75k – 110k/year range dependent on project portfolio
- Annual bonus opportunities

In my free time I enjoy going to baseball games, dirt track races and NASCAR Races with my family.
