• As a member of the Construction Recruiting Team, you will have access to a well-established national client base to immediately begin working orders as you simultaneously build out your own base of business. Additionally, we have a dedicated Business Development Team who will help you as you build and grow your territory! • As a member of the Construction Recruiting Team, you will support Residential and Commercial Contractors, Builders, Product Manufacturers and Distributors across the nation. You will provide recruiting services for positions in a variety of disciplines, including Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Foreman, Site Managers, Territory Sales Reps, Sales Directors and more.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven agency/staffing firm recruiting success in the construction space. Experience filling commercial and residential construction roles such as Superintendents, Project Managers, Construction Managers, Estimators, Project Engineers, Civil Construction roles, Construction Sales roles and more.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, and a passion for building a career. We want you to be the CEO of your own desk, and OWN your success!
• A friendly, relationship-minded personality, a desire to do right by your clients and candidates, and strong organizational skills.

Compensation:

• AllSearch offers a base salary in the 55k - 70k/year range plus a very strong quarterly commission and bonus package. Recruiters in the Construction division can easily make $80K-100K in their 1st year in the business. $100k+ year two and beyond. Most experienced Recruiters at AllSearch earn 6 figures, while top performers earn $250k-300K+.
