- The Construction Project Superintendent will be an integral part of this team. The primary responsibilities of the Construction Project Superintendent are Safety, Schedule, and Quality of work. The Construction Project Superintendent will work cohesively with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to deliver on the promise of exemplary project performance on behalf of our clients and fellow stakeholders i.e. Architects, Engineers, and Construction Managers. Construction Project Superintendents will be building project schedule meeting daily to collaborate with architects, clients, and the entire team through all phases of the project, procuring materials, photographing project progress, attend/coordinate punch list walkthroughs, attend/run weekly update meetings, coordinating inspections, work with Project Managers to handle RFI’s and Change Orders etc.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Superintendent is required
- Experienced specifically with multiple forms of construction projects ranging from ground-up builds (especially restaurants), tenant improvement/renovations, to full sitework core & shell projects and restaurants/gas stations
- Experienced with commercial construction projects ranging from retail space, restaurants, medical office buildings, office fit outs, and high-end renovations
- Experience in the field reviewing schedules, budgets, contracts, and other documents with field personnel, clients/owners, and architects
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and other construction CRM software)
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 115k/year range
- Annual bonus opportunities
- Company truck OR vehicle allowance provided (candidate choice)

FUN FACT: My fun fact is actually about my brother, we are twins and he is one minute older than me. So at all times there is two of me running around somewhere!
What motivates you? – My favorite quote is from Will Durant summarizing the works of Aristotle that reads, “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.” My goal in life is to always be better today, than I was yesterday. Not only for myself but for the people I choose to surround myself with. Every day I want to impact someone in a positive light and the consistent habit of excellence is what gets me out of bed every morning.
When did you start selling? – My dad told me once when I was a teenager that “you could sell ice to an Eskimo.” So ever since then I think I’ve had a knack for it. I absolutely love meeting and talking to people so it’s always been a gift I’ve had.
What is your favorite show or shows to binge watch? The Office, Lost, Stranger Things, Blue Bloods (just to name a few). I’m also a HUGE movie person, I absolutely love a good long movie that can draw in your attention and make you think.
