Construction Project Manager - Luxury Residential Builder - Base Salary to 140k/year - Stuart, FL

• Our client has been a premier builder for over 40 years in Palm Beach and Martin Counties, specializing in luxury custom homes and dedicated to crafting exceptional living spaces with unparalleled quality and attention to detail. They pride themselves on delivering custom homes that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Currently, they are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage the construction of luxury, ground-up custom homes, 5,000 square feet or larger. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a proven track record in high-end residential projects, capable of coordinating complex activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success from inception to completion, in the South Florida luxury custom homes industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Establish and manage project timelines and milestones.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any concerns or changes throughout the construction process. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
• Manage and coordinate activities of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and schedules.
• Oversee project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices. Identify and address potential cost overruns or financial issues.
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all work meets or exceeds the expected luxury standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on time. Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or unforeseen delays.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during the construction process effectively.
• Review and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and maintain accurate documentation of contract changes and amendments.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies. Obtain necessary permits and approvals as required.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, reports, and correspondence. Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Promote and enforce safety protocols on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Address any safety issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a focus on luxury custom home construction. Demonstrated experience managing high-end residential projects is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred but will look at experience over degree requirements.
• Must be proficient using Procore
• Extensive knowledge of luxury residential construction practices, materials, and techniques.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

• Base salary in the 120k – 140k/year
