  • Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of specialized construction projects from planning through completion. This role offers the opportunity to manage technically complex and detail-oriented builds, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction every step of the way. The Construction Project Manager will bring strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. 
Responsibilities:
  • Review project proposals, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of work, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures (WBS), timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Establish project objectives, deliverables, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources.
  • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Monitor project progress, track costs, and manage budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, including delays, changes, and unforeseen conditions.
  • Manage change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
  • Conduct regular project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address concerns, and make necessary decisions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders.
  • Develop and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Track project expenses and ensure accurate billing.
  • Negotiate and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports and financial summaries.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Experience with specialized construction projects is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills
Compensation:
  • Base salary in the 90k - 115k/year range
