Construction Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 150k/year - South Dennis, MA

Our client proudly serves Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts with a comprehensive range of services, including IA septic system services, excavation, and construction.
- The Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role within the local team based in South Dennis, MA. The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects across public, private, and commercial sectors. This involves conducting the initial site visit, creating a plan, establishing pricing, overseeing project submittals, and collaborating with state and local governments to ensure compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing project sites
- Determining labor, material, and time needs for completion
- Calculating takeoffs and estimates for septic, site work, and demolition
- Creating project plans and cost projections
- Overseeing project submittals
- Administering contracts, including additional work, change orders, and material procurement
- Coordinating interactions with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Generating requests for quotations and evaluating subcontract and material proposals
Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience as an Estimator and/or Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or equivalent experience in a similar industry
- Knowledge of OSHA Specifications, Construction Standards and Submittal Documents
- Proficient with Construction Online software is a plus
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 150k/year
