Construction Project Manager - Construction - Base Salary to 100k/year - Asheville, NC

• The Construction Project Manager will play a key role in creating detailed quantity estimates by evaluating material, labor, and overhead costs, as well as managing projects secured by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Bid and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Estimate and price jobs, factoring in crew production and scheduling.
• Conduct weekly site visits to monitor progress, update schedules, and review costs with the Project Superintendent.
• Oversee project profit and loss through regular cost reviews.
• Manage secured projects by ensuring safety practices, maintaining project schedules, reviewing costs, managing change orders, coordinating with field personnel, and overseeing subcontractors and vendors.
• Write and present information effectively in one-on-one or small group settings.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Five+ years of experience in construction estimating preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
