Construction Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Base Salary to 110k/year - Castle Rock, CO
- Our client is a commercial construction management company founded in Denver, CO, but operates nationwide. They specialize in all aspects of restaurant maintenance, repairs, TI, remodels, build-outs, and store closings for commercial, retail, and restaurant clients.
- The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the construction project/process. This is a hybrid role, located in Denver, CO, with the flexibility for some remote work and possible travel.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiating the best contracts to ensure maximum profitability
- Obtaining relevant permits and licenses
- Determining the necessary resources (time, cost, labor, materials) for each project.
- Performing detailed analyses and drawing up reports for relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with all building, safety, and governmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong project coordination and project management skills.
- Extensive experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in budgeting and construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or similar (Relevant certification may be required).
- Advanced understanding of construction processes, principles, materials, and tools.
- Experience in the commercial or restaurant industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel throughout the US when necessary. Usually no more than 3 days out of every 2 weeks.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 110k/year.
