Construction Project Manager – Glazing, Curtain Wall, and Metal Panels – Base Salary to 115k/year – Lisle, IL
- Our client has been in the glazing industry for over 23 years.
- The Construction Project Manager will be an integral part of the team in Lisle, IL, focused on installation of glass, curtain walls, and metal panels.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of the project in Collaboration with management.
- Run multiple projects at once.
- Know when to bill and collect based on project progression.
- Prepare a project plan for approval by management.
- Prepare and update project schedules with input from project staff and, if required, assistance from the Scheduling Department
- Negotiate change orders with client, architects, and engineers.
- Assistance and preparation of all subcontracts, purchase orders, requisitions, proposals, etc.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience working as a Project Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in building sciences / construction management preferred.
- Experience working in the glazing industry is a must.
- Proficient with billing and collection.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k – 115k/year range
