Construction Project Manager – Commercial and Multi-Family Reconstruction - Base Salary to 100k/year – Miami, FL
- Our client is one of the largest and most trusted Reconstruction GCs in the US. They partner with homeowner’s associations, commercial properties, and apartment managers on their reconstruction and CapEx needs throughout the Front Range and beyond. They are under a corporate structure with a small-team environment working out of their Miami office.
- In this role, the Construction Project Manager will oversee progress on a project-by-project basis in reconstruction, with a focus on exterior improvements such as stucco, painting, roofing, waterproofing, siding, civil, concrete, and carpentry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage subcontractor crews, materials, and equipment on projects
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules
- Work with Estimating team to establish needed resources on projects, with attention to budgetary limitations
- Support company safety program and OSHA guidelines
- Utilize BlueBeam and other software throughout the project, including RFIs, Submittals, Drawings/Specs, and QA/QC Process
- Conduct site walks to manage safety, quality, and schedule
- Meet with clients, engineers, and team members as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years in Commercial Construction Project Management or similar
- In depth knowledge of means and methods for exterior trades. Reconstruction experience preferred, not required
- Proficient in BlueBeam, Microsoft Project, and Excel
- Comfortable with technology and tools that accompany mobile work
- Ability to develop and modify budgets, schedules, and safety plans
- A desire to put quality first and increase project efficiency through planning and principles
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well with the team and clients
- OSHA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license (Florida)
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 90k – 100k/year range plus bonuses
