Construction Project Engineer - Commercial Pools - Base Salary to 90k/year - King of Prussia, PA
Job Description
- Our client is a leading construction company specializing in the design and building of commercial pools for a wide range of clients, including resorts, hotels, and recreational facilities. Their team is dedicated to delivering high-quality pool construction projects.
- The Construction Project Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of commercial pool construction projects. The Construction Project Engineer will manage project documentation, coordinate submittal packages, and facilitate communication between owners, subcontractors, and construction managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of commercial pool building.
- Review construction plans and develop comprehensive project submittal packages.
- Coordinate all aspects of project submittals through various approval stages.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations specific to commercial pool construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, construction managers, and subcontractors involved in the pool construction process.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between all stakeholders to drive project timelines and deliverables.
- Apply general and pool-specific construction knowledge to assist in project management and problem-solving.
- Conduct site visits to oversee the quality and compliance of ongoing commercial pool projects.
- Experience in construction project coordination, ideally within commercial pool construction or similar fields.
- General construction knowledge and familiarity with project submittals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software is a plus.
- Base salary up to 90k/year
