Construction Foreman - Sitework/Earthwork Construction - Base Salary to 80k/year - Broomall, PA
- Our client is a growing site development company who supports clients in the Philadelphia metro market. They perform general contracting site development and infrastructure projects in the tri-state area. They self-preform Earthwork & Grading, Underground Utilities, Erosion & Sedimentation Control, Site Concrete, CIP Concrete, GPS Surveying, Pump Stations, Box Culverts, Metering Pits, Modular Block Retaining Walls, Belgium Block Curb, Crushing & Processing of Material.
- In this role, the Construction Foreman will primarily work in the field and support the projects on site. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overall site leadership, supervision, and technical management for construction operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage sitework/infrastructure construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and construction crews
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review civil & construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that arise during construction
Qualifications:
- Experience as a supervisor on sitework/infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in reading survey stakes, civil drawings/contours, blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Specific experience in heavy equipment & heavy truck management.
- Heavy-Highway & Infrastructure construction experience is required
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 80k/year
