Construction Branch Manager – Construction – Base Salary to 120k/year – Rochester, MN

  • Our client, a well-established specialized construction company, is currently seeking a Branch Manager for their Rochester, MN location.  Our client has been in business for over 50 years and still growing with multiple locations across the Midwest!


  • In this role, the Branch Manager is responsible for all aspects of the business operations including supervision of sales, personnel management, safety, financial, day to day operations, installation, facility, vehicle and equipment, inventory and project management.  Typical schedule Mon-Fri 6:30am-5pm with regional travel.


  • For this position our client is looking for both technical construction knowledge as well as business management skills.
    • Construction knowledge: either estimating, project management, or superintendent; willing to be hands-on if needed; mechanically inclined; fence installation experience a plus!
    • Business Management: sales, financial / cash flow, operations, team supervisory (30-40 ppl)
  • Proficient computer skills, ability to work in a sales CRM program & MS Office
  • Valid Driver’s license and able to travel regionally to job sites
    • Class A CDL a plus, not required
  • Servant Leader with good emotional intelligence and strong communication skills (written and verbal) with internal and external contacts
  • Accountability, analytical thinking, flexibility, ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously in a steady manner following standard procedures, efficient time management, organized


  • Base salary up to 120K/year  depending on candidate experience
