Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative - Commercial Lines Insurance - Base Salary to 55k/year - West Chester, PA
- Our client is a privately held independent commercial insurance company, and is looking for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team in West Chester, PA to handle a high-volume book of business through direct client interaction. Our client is respectful to a work-life balance, friendly, encouraging and promotable environment with the ability to show autonomy and make a direct impact on company.
- The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging with clients through high volume phone activity and via email. As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting in servicing and processing of all accounts for producers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide data entry and administrative support to Account Managers and Producers.
- Assist in endorsements, audits, renewal policies, certificates, and auto ID cards.
- Prepare renewals and new client business proposals.
- Review cancellations and prepare letters when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Must be Property and Casualty Licensed.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance as a Customer Service Representative or in Underwriting.
- Ability to handle high volume sales environment in a friendly and professional manner.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 55k/year, plus an annual bonus plan.
- Benefits-Employer Paid Basic Medical Plan
