Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 90k/year – Quincy, MA
- Our client, who has been in business since 1949 in the Quincy, MA area, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers. Answer inbound client calls about insurance policies, coverages, claims, and policy changes. Handle client issues, present appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issues have been resolved.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
- Applied Epic experience
- P&C Licensed
Compensation: This position includes a base salary in the 70k – 90k/year range, group benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. This is a hybrid opportunity, one week is worked from home and one week is in the office. Our client offers a very laid-back family-oriented type of atmosphere. They participate in company outings paid for by the company, Christmas parties, etc.
