Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Independent Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 75k/year - Maitland, FL
- Our client, a close-knit and well-established family-owned independent insurance agency in the Maitland, FL area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Customer Support Representative. They have developed an excellent reputation for providing a client-focused solutions and customer service for commercial, personal and employee benefits insurance needs. They have a very close-knit team as many employees have been there for many years.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a generalist commercial book of small to middle market accounts.
- Service accounts, remarketing, proposals, endorsements, certs, rounding out accounts, renewals, etc. This is primarily a servicing role with no expectations to sell.
Qualifications:
- 4-40 FL License at minimum. 2-20 is preferred.
- Knowledge of EPIC preferred.
- 3+ years commercial lines experience.
- Experience in employee benefits or personal lines a plus.
- In office role.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 65k – 75k/year
- In addition, the agency offers 100% employer paid health for the employee, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and PTO
