Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Independent Agency Brokerage – Base Salary to 50k/ year – Doral, FL
- Our client, a 20+ year family-owned and growing insurance broker, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. This agency prides itself on its excellent customer service record and boasts impressive employee tenure.
- The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will service a book of commercial accounts such as automotive, retail, trucking, restaurants, and other commercial businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Quoting and re-quoting
- Handling renewals
- Answer billing and service questions
- Understand policy options, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of commercial lines experience.
- Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) 440 or 220 license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work in an office.
Compensation:
- Base salary to 50k/year
- Opportunity for commission.
- Benefit package includes Dental, Vision, Disability, Life Insurance, Paid Holidays, PTO.
