Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Independent Agency – Base Salary to 80k/year – Sparkill, NY
- Our client, a 100+ year independent insurance agency in Sparkill, NY, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. The team is tenured within the company!
Responsibilities:
- Perform policy updates, provide certificates of insurance, and process payments.
- Process new business, market products, renew business, and sell products to round out policies.
- Processing endorsements, entering data, assisting the Account Manager in preparing policies, binders, ID cards, running Motor Vehicle Reports, etc.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of Commercial Lines experience.
- Knowledge of real estate, construction, or government.
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
- Knowledge of EPIC or AMS360.
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 80k/year.
- The benefits package includes: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays, etc.
- Ability to work in-office. Hybrid schedule may be considered after a few months.
