Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Family-Owned Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 80k/year – Fairfield, NJ
- Our client, a 90-year-old family-owned agency, has a current need for a Commercial Lines CSR in Fairfield, NJ. The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be primarily responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers, answering inbound client calls about insurance policies, coverages, claims, and policy changes. While handling client issues, you will present appropriate solutions and alternatives for resolution and follow up with clients to ensure that the issues have been resolved.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience handling commercial accounts.
- Knowledge of Applied TAM
- Current valid Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
Compensation: This position includes a base salary up to 80k/year, group benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401k. Included are 10 holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 3 personal days. This is an in office role with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after a few months.
