Commercial Lines CSR - Insurance Brokerage Firm - Base Salary to 80k/year - Hewlett, NY
- Our client, a sixth-generation insurance brokerage firm, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines CSR to join their team. They provide a comprehensive range of both commercial and personal insurance products and risk management solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Enter customers into EPIC, processing endorsements for new business and excess lines, entering quotes and marketing, answering phones and taking billing calls, processing faxes and emails, certificates, ID cards, follow up with expiration lists and request renewals from wholesalers, and assist Account Executives with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years of insurance experience
- Experience with EPIC agency management system is a plus
- Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
Compensation:
- Base salary up to 80k/year
- Full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, PTO, Paid Holidays
- 3 days in office, 2 days remote
