Commercial Lines CSR - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 85k/year - Newtown, PA
- Our client, a 50+ year family-owned insurance agency in the Newtown area, has an immediate need for a skilled Commercial Lines CSR to join their team. This family-oriented and close-knit agency provides a comprehensive range of commercial, personal, and life & health insurance.
Responsibilities:
- The Commercial Lines CSR will be an integral and key player in the growth of the team. This person will be responsible for servicing a generalist book of commercial accounts, mostly middle market between $20,000-$100,000 in premium. You will be responsible for servicing accounts, marketing renewals, endorsements, certificates, policy changes, adding/deleting coverages, etc. Some support work like certificates will eventually be handled by the support team.
Qualifications:
- 4+ Years of Insurance experience as it pertains to commercial lines.
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- EPIC experience preferred.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 50k - 85k/year range plus 1st year commission on new business.
- Full benefits package including 100% Employer Paid Medical for the employee, Dental, Vision, PTO, Paid Holidays, Christmas Bonus, Year-end Bonus etc.
- In office preferably but open to hybrid or remote.
