Commercial Lines CSR - Independent Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 60k/year - Penn Hills, PA
- Our client, a reputable & growing independent insurance agency in the Penn Hills, PA area, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines CSR. They are a close-knit team that is looking for enthusiastic and optimistic candidates who are looking to grow professionally!
Responsibilities:
- In this Commercial Lines CSR role, you will be responsible for working closely with the sales team on new accounts, retention, and services of commercial clients. You will be responsible for issuing certificates of insurance & invoices, supporting the producers, assisting in account managing, gather risk & exposure info, answer client's policy questions, assist producer in proposals & presentations, endorsements, audits, claims, etc. In the future, you may be asked to assist in training other agents.
Qualifications:
- Must be Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
- 2+ years experience with commercial lines is required.
- AMS360 Agency Management System preferred.
- Positive & team player attitude.
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 50k - 65k/year range depending on experience.
- 100% employer paid Medical for the employee, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401k after 1 year, PTO, Paid Holidays, Christmas Bonus, etc.
- Monday-Friday 8:30am -5pm in office.
