Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance Agency - Base Salary to 100k/year - Boca Raton, FL

  • Our client, a new & rapidly growing insurance agency, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in Boca Raton! They provide insurance solutions and property coverage for mainly commercial real estate as well as other industries.
  • The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be responsible for servicing a book of commercial business, primarily commercial real estate estimated to be $2M in revenue. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be implementing new client launches including carrier involvement, communications campaign, implementing and adhering to a project timeline, communicating program specific to client and information exchange (file transfers, enrollment systems, etc).

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for routine service, which includes the development and execution of service schedule, participation reporting (if relevant), and coordinating questions/initiatives with the client and carriers, conducts surveys.
  • Meets with clients alone or in conjunction with Account Executive or Unit Leader according to standardized client meeting schedules.
  • Conducts all marketing efforts, endorsements, proposals, renewals, etc.
  • Reviews agreements and/or documents such as employee booklets, carrier contracts, etc.
  • Develops prospective client proposals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a business related field and/or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
  • 3+ years of commercial insurance experience, specifically commercial real estate required.
  • 2-20 Licensed preferred.
  • EZLynx experience preferred.

Compensation:

  • Base salary in the 75k - 100k/year range plus 10% bonus.
  • Benefits package includes health insurance, 401k, Paid Holidays, and PTO.
  • In office role with flexibility for 1 day remote.
  • Potential advancement to account executive with commission opportunities.
