Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 80k/year - Falls Church, VA
- Our client, a mid-sized and growing independent agency in Falls Church, VA, is looking for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team.
- The Commercial Lines Account Manager will be an integral part of the team and will be responsible for managing a generalist book of commercial lines business. However, this role can be personalized to fit your experience so that you can be as effective as possible!
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service
- Cross-selling, Up-selling, and Rounding out accounts
- Perform day-to-day tasks such as endorsements, underwriting requests, renewals, answering billing questions, processing cancellations, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years Commercial Lines experience
- Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed in VA
- CISR or CIC designations preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience with Applied EPIC preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 70k - 80k/year range
- Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Short and Long-term Disability and Life Insurance, 401k with match, and PTO
