Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 75k/year - Fairfield, NJ

• Our client, a well-established insurance agency in Fairfield, NJ, is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team in an in-person capacity. This agency has built a strong work culture, with multiple team members staying for over 30 years – a true testament to their positive environment and commitment to their people.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a generalist book of middle-market commercial lines policies (premium sizes 15K– 1MM)
  
• Work with a variety of accounts including manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, and habitational risks
  
• Focus is on renewals, remarketing, rounding accounts, policy changes, endorsements, certificates, ID cards, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management or similar
  
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license in NJ
  
• AMS360 experience is a plus (but not required)
  
• Ability to work fully on-site in Fairfield, NJ

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 50k - 75k/year range
  
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, weekly pay, and bonus potential
