Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - Base Salary to 65k/year - Doral, FL

• Our client, an Insurance Agency located in Doral, FL, is looking to hire a Commercial Lines Account Manager to fill an in-office role. This family-owned and operated agency has an impeccable reputation for being honest and above-board in their business and they are committed to delivering top-tier service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handling part of a split 8MM book of business consisting mostly of commercial property and condo associations
  
• Policies are mostly small business to middle market and range up to 500k in premiums, however the majority are under 100k
  
• Day-to-day responsibilities include handling new business (call-ins and pursuing internal leads), renewals, remarketing, cross-selling, upselling, certificates, endorsements, billing, taking payments, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
  
• Experience with commercial property insurance, preferably including condos associations
  
• FL 2-20 or 4-40 license required
  
• Must be able to work in-person 9-5 in Doral, FL
  
• English/Spanish Bilingual preferred

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 65k/year plus potential bonus program dependent upon agency performance
  
• Benefits include vision and dental insurance, short term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k with a 3% match, and PTO
